Kapreeza 14-Day Return Policy

Kapreeza values your satisfaction. If you are not happy with your purchase, simply return your items for a refund or exchange within 14 days from the date of purchase. Returned items must be in their original condition and original packaging, not worn with tags and sanitary protection intact (NO EXCEPTIONS).

Please ensure that you wear undergarments when trying on swimwear or other garments.

We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that have been worn, soiled, laundered or altered in any way. Health regulations stipulate that clothing that is soiled, worn, damaged, or laundered cannot be taken back (NO EXCEPTIONS). As lingerie and swimwear is delicate by nature, we offer no warranty once the tags are removed.

Sales on items that have been altered or custom ordered are final.

We also reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who, in our opinion, makes excessive returns and exchanges.
