Kapreeza Online Shopping Process and Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely delighted with your Kapreeza order. In order to keep prices low, because we working with limited quantities of intimate apparel, and for the safety and hygiene of our customers and employees we are unable to offer refunds and are required to limit the kinds of exchanges that we accept.

The following products are always "final sale" and are not exchangeable. Please check sizes carefully.

Because we have limited inventory quantities for many items, we do not allow purchasing multiple sizes and returning the ones that don't fit.

1. Selecting Products We have provided sizing charts for our products. Our sizing charts are based on over 10 years of experience in our previous “brick and mortar” retail store. Note that we do not use “vanity sizing.” Please take fresh measurements and check them against our sizing charts so that you can make the most accurate selections.
2. Shipping and Receiving We hand-inspect each individual item for defects prior to shipping, and ship in boxes to prevent damage during transit. Please promptly inspect your merchandise for damage or defects when you receive and open the package, and notify us with any problems or concerns.
Do not remove hang tag until you are certain you will keep the product. Products are not returnable or exchangeable once the hang tag is removed.
3. Check Fit We inspect the fit of each new product line and will sometimes adjust the sizing recommendations to be consistent with our sizing charts. When we do this, we will circle the size on the hang tag with a colored highlighter to indicate that this change is deliberate and not a packing mistake. Please promptly check the fit of your merchandise by trying it on.
Do not remove hang tag until you are certain you will keep the product. Products are not exchangeable once the hang tag is removed, or once they have been worn and / or washed.
4. Contact us within 14 calendar days if there’s a problem. We’re great at fixing problems, and have years of experience finding ways to satisfy our customers. Visit our website and click on the “Contact Us” link. Use the form to send us a message (please include your order number). We will figure out how to make things right.

We understand that many people are not used to properly caring for fine garments, and we have developed instructions for quick and easy care.


We sell high-quality lingerie soap that will help keep your products looking and feeling great.

Unless explicitly noted otherwise, all of our clothing products are hand-wash ONLY and will be ruined by washing machines and clothes dryers.

Don’t worry – proper care is very easy and not time consuming! Please see our lingerie care guide for more information. It only takes 90 seconds of effort to hand-wash several bras and panties.


Exchanging Gifts

Gift exchanges must follow the same policies as personal purchases. With gifts, we can either allow the original purchaser to handle the exchange process, or we can handle it through the recipient’s online account or help them create one if necessary.
