How it Works:

Purchase the Kapreeza Las Vegas In-Home Fitting and Styling Experience. A hold will be placed on your credit card, but it will not be charged at this time.
A Kapreeza Stylist will contact you vie phone and discuss your personal lingerie needs, concerns and wishes over the phone.
We recommend using Kapreeza's online sizing charts to measure yourself and to have these numbers ready prior us confirming your appointment vie phone.
If you wish to proceed, then the Kapreeza Stylist will confirm date & time availability and charge your credit card for the appointment.
On the day of the appointment, the Kapreeza Stylist will arrive with selections based on our phone consultation and relevant to your sizes and body style.
You will be able to view and try on items while Kapreeza Stylist will professionally advise you on fit, shape, and adjustments, just as if you were at the store.
Appointments typically last between one and two hours.
You will be able to purchase your favorite items at the end of the appointment.
If you purchase over $500 worth of merchandise then the appointment fee will be credited to your purchase.

Customer and Stylist Expectations:

We want your in-home Fitting experience to be a pleasant experience, efficient, professional and safe for both: The Stylist and Customer.

Kapreeza Stylist:

Will be professionally dressed and will give you verbal advise on styling and fitting. Stylist can help you with garment adjustments and directions.
All Kapreeza inventory brought into your home will be carefully inspected in advance and will be in NEW, UNWORN and PERFECT condition.
The Kapreeza Stylist will conduct Professional Fitting services ONLY. Kapreeza Stylist will not model or undress or perform any sorts of sexual activities of any kind during the visit. This is strictly clothing fitting and shopping appointment ONLY! Please be respectful, just as would be expected if you were at the public retail store.
At Kapreeza we reserve the right to decline service to anyone who we feel like is acting disrespectful toward the Stylist or the merchandise. We respect your privacy and we expect you to be courteous as well.

Customer:

Please be reasonably clean and showered. We politely ask you not to wear excessive makeup, body oils or lotions, recently applied self-tanning products or bronzers or perfumes prior to trying on the garments.
Please do not wear excessive jewelry to prevent snagging on the fine garments.
You may wear comfortable clothing or a decent robe for convenience while trying on the garments.
You will be allowed to try on bras, tops, loungewear.
We do allow you to try on underwear and bottoms on top of your own clean underwear. We also provide disposable paper underwear for your convenience just in case.
Due to health & hygiene regulations we DO NOT ALLOW underwear or bottoms to be tried on bare flesh, NO EXCEPTIONS!
Due to health & hygiene regulations we DO NOT ALLOW to try on Hosiery & Stockings.
In case Customer doesn’t follow Kapreeza Health & Hygiene guidelines and tries on underwear, bottoms or hosiery without the protection or soils or damages any items in any way during the fitting including makeup, lipstick and deodorant smudges, Customer will be obligated to purchase these items during the appointment, NO EXCEPTIONS!

What if I need to Cancel or Reschedule Confirmed Appointment?

Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 48 hours (2 days) before the starting time of the appointment without penalty. For cancellations, we will issue a refund through the customer's credit card company which will take a few business days to process.

A rescheduling fee of $25 will be charged for appointment schedule changes made less than 48 hours from the starting time of the appointment.

In which areas do you offer the Kapreeza In-Home Fitting and Styling Experience?

What if I don’t like anything or nothing fits me?

We never want our customers to have an outcome that is less than exceptional!

One of the reasons that we begin this process with a consultation phone call before charging your credit card for the appointment is to ensure that your Kapreeza In-Home Fitting and Styling Experience will deliver outstanding results. We will discuss and explore the looks and results that you wish to achieve, and how Kapreeza can make them happen. If there are any concerns, you may cancel the transaction at this time with and your credit card will not be charged.

In 12 years of running a brick-and-mortar store, it was very rare for us to find ourselves in situations where nothing fit or we didn’t have products people loved. In fact, for many difficult-to-find sizes our customers found our selection to be far better than anyplace they had ever shopped.

Can I make a Surprise Appointment for somebody?

We don't offer surprise appointments for the Kapreeza In-Home Fitting and Styling Experience for several reasons.

The first is that the initial consultation phone call is an indispensible part of the process. It helps us set expectations for our customers and ensure they can be met, and tells us what pieces we should bring.

Another reason is that we have found that nearly all customers just need to be in the right mindset to try on intimate apparel, and well-intentioned surprise visits as gifts to our brick-and-mortar shop often backfired even if they loved our products.

That being said, when couples plan an appointment together the results are often amazing! Surprise your loved one with an offer to schedule and enjoy the Kapreeza In-Home Fitting and Styling Experience.

What Health and Safety Measurements are taken during COVID times?

Kapreeza's stylists follow state-mandated safety guidelines for in-home meetings.

If you have tested positive for COVID-19, please notify us and we will reschedule your appointment. There is no charge or penalty for this if you show us a copy of the test result.

Current research indicates that the COVID-19 virus is not believed to live on the surface of fabrics for more than two days, and so we will not bring the same merchandise to different households during that period. Our luggage and equipment is sanitized between visits. If you have any immediate questions or concerns, please notify our stylist immediately.

Is it OK if I have pets in my home during the appointment?

We love pets as much as anyone, but we ask that any pets that are inclined to jump on strangers or might come in contact with our merchandise (pet hair / saliva and lingerie do not mix well) to be kept out of the area where the Kapreeza In-Home Fitting and Styling Experience is taking place. Any merchandise soiled or damaged by pets must be purchased by the customer.

I have children at home, is it OK for them to be around during the appointment?

It's preferable to have a quiet, one-on-one environment free of distractions during the Kapreeza In-Home Fitting and Styling Experience.

We understand that this may not always be possible for some families and will accommodate as best we can. Customers will be responsible for purchasing any items soiled or damaged by children.

Is it OK to have my significant other at my appointment?

It is usually preferable to have a quiet, one-on-one environment free of distractions during the Kapreeza In-Home Fitting and Styling Experience. However, there are some occasions when having your significant other particiapte can be fun and rewarding.

Is it OK to have a friend join me at my appointment?

It is usually preferable to have a quiet, one-on-one environment free of distractions during the Kapreeza In-Home Fitting and Styling Experience.

Our experience with having friends particiapte in the fitting and styling process has been that it slows the process down considerably and things wind up being rushed. This is not good for the customer nor the stylst, and so we do not recommend this.

Do you offer appointments for groups to participate in the Kapreeza In-Home Fitting and Styling Experience?

Yes, however they must be made by special arrangement and certain terms and pricing may change depending on the circumstances.

Kapreeza has had wonderful results with bridal showers and other group gatherings.

I am planning on visiting the Las Vegas area. Is it possible to schedule the Kapreeza In-Home Fitting and Styling Experience at my hotel?

Due to additional logistical challenges we are not offering the Kapreeza In-Home Fitting and Styling Experience in hotel environments to new customers at this time. If you were an existing customer of our San Diego store and are planning on visting Las Vegas, please contact us and we will attempt to accommodate you.
